Technical Training Instructors

Gotham Government Services LLC seeks instructors to deliver training to federal employees. Responsibilities include delivering 1-5 day training sessions for up to 30 participants, providing feedback, and facilitating learning in accordance with adult learning theories.

• Instructor – Intermediate Agile Techniques for Contracting Professionals (2-Day) VT
• Instructor – Acquisition of Agile Services (3-Day) VT
• Instructor – Conducting Acquisitions for Cloud Services (2-Day) VT
• Instructor – Information Technology Acquisition (3-Day) VT

Key Requirements:

• Serve as a subject matter expert and maintain participant engagement.
• Experience with architect-engineer contracting and knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
• Excellent presentation skills, including clear goal setting, effective use of aids, and responsive communication.
• Understands adult learning theories and federal government language.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• At least 3 years of teaching experience and a formal training certificate are desired.
• At least 3 years of federal government experience
