Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Secures Five-Year Federal Contract Vehicle Covering Management Consulting and Professional Development Training
HAYMARKET, VA – Gotham Government Services (GGS), a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) specializing in federal workforce development and organizational consulting, has been awarded a GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract by the U.S. General Services Administration.
The contract, numbered 47QRAA26D003R, is effective February 6, 2026 through February 5, 2031, and covers two Special Item Numbers (SINs):
- SIN 541611/RC – Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management
- SIN 611430/RC – Professional and Management Development Training
The GSA MAS contract places GGS on the government’s premier procurement vehicle, enabling federal agencies across the country to access GGS’s full suite of services through a streamlined, pre-competed acquisition pathway. Federal buyers can now order GGS services directly through GSA Advantage! or issue task orders under FAR 8.405 procedures.

Rather than navigating a full competitive acquisition for each engagement, contracting officers can issue task orders directly – reducing procurement lead times and administrative burden while maintaining full FAR compliance.
Under SIN 541611, agencies can access GGS expertise in management consulting, organizational effectiveness, change management, and acquisition support. Under SIN 611430, agencies can draw from GGS’s catalog of professional development training courses, including leadership development, succession planning, federal budget process, workforce management, and more.
