The workshop combines face-to-face and multi-media learning platforms in a comprehensive program that prepares consultants, senior and mid-level business leaders to propel business success through high-impact culture change and leadership development. The two-day interactive live sessions will allow attendees to learn how to use Denison tools to increase business performance, align cultural dynamics, develop leadership capabilities and create a “tool kit” of best practices from experts in the field.
