Product Details

Did you have a cohesive team of talented people before starting to work remotely? If so, how have you sustained those connections? Your team’s connection may be at risk right now. Studies are beginning to reveal that one of the most significant impacts of people working full-time from home involves diminished organizational connections and, therefore, a reduction in social capital. People consistently report feeling disconnected and isolated. Businesses are becoming more siloed than they were pre-pandemic. Because both spontaneous and planned connections happen less frequently when people work remotely, a deliberate strategy can help sustain and enhance team collaboration. Connections to others on their teams, to their organization, and to a bigger purpose must be intentional. Participants in this session will be able to . . .

  • Define and then develop a connection strategy for their remote teams
  • Explain the purpose and impact of a team connection strategy
  • Promote collaboration across a remote team or workforce
  • Create quick wins to jumpstart an employee connection strategy
