Expanding Your Resilience: The Art of Bouncing Back
Expanding Your Resilience: The Art of Bouncing Back
“Maturity of mind is the capacity to endure uncertainty” (John Finely, Historian, Mathematician). Resiliency allows us to bounce back when things don’t go as planned. In response to the uncertainties and rapid, chaotic changes we are facing in our professional and personal lives, the ability to not get derailed or immobilized can serve us well. Learning to channel your mental energy into being the best of who you are involves catching yourself in the act of giving in to feelings of frustration and reminding yourself that you have better things to do with your time. Corporate uncertainty is not going away, so why not expand your ability to bounce back? Joining this session allows participants to . . .
- Explain the five essential elements for personal resilience
