Session Description

Many organizations offer formal leadership development to managers across generations. The common question: are the development needs and preferred learning styles different between each group? The assumption tends to be yes, leading organizations to blindly incur high costs. In this leadership development workshop, participants will do a deep-dive into one case study that assessed the needs of staff by generation category and found shocking results: there is significant alignment between generations when it comes to their development needs and learning styles.
